Are you interested to know more about inclusive education strategies specifically for children with disabilities? Do you, as a teacher or a student teacher, have any question on how to accommodate children with disabilities in regular classrooms?
For years now, I have been spearheading the Inclusion Caravan, a project that aims to increase the understanding and capacities of teachers and student teachers on inclusive education strategies. One major takeaway I have from the project is the need for teachers and student teachers to have a space to share their experiences and questions about how to accommodate children with disabilities in the regular classrooms. Hence, ‘A Weekend Chat on Inclusive Education’ initiative comes to fruition, with the support of the Global Observatory for Inclusion (GLOBI).

Starting on 16th September 2017, I will be happy to answer your questions (in English or in Filipino) during one-on-one online meetings on Saturdays and Saturdays, from 9am-11am East Africa Time zone (UTC +3:00).
Meetings can be 15-20 minutes in length. Feel free to ask me anything. Just do this one simple thing: book your session by Wednesday at the latest to participate in a chat on the following weekend by filling this form.
Finally, note that sessions are cost-free. However, I welcome donations which will go directly to GLOBI funds. GLOBI is a legally registered non profit organisation that brings together advocates and experts from all over the world, providing a common platform to share ideas and perspectives, foster collaboration, create local and global networks, and generate awareness on the theme of social inclusion. If you want to donate, please click the “Donate” button at the top of this page.
